The root of all evil, or cute cuddly creatures?

--For those so inclined, the photo of my lawn ornament penguin is here. It sits in the rock garden in the front of the house, under the porch.

Just wondering...who maintains the rock garden (or do you just grow rocks?) Somehow, I can't picture you on your knees digging in the dirt! Cute penguin, btw!

Grrrrrr.. Hubby maintains all the outside, yard work, etc. We inherited a vast array of miscellaneous shrubs with the house, and they require little or no upkeep anyway. The rocks just grow moss. The penguin is of course cute, but there's no such thing as an "uncute" penguin!

Your penguin rocks.

Much better than flamingos....or lawn gnomes....or those shiny orbs that seem to be popular suddenly.

But especially the gnomes.

OMG! That penguin is the scariest little thing i have ever seen in a rock garden! Make sure it doesn't bite your ankles. If you see it move....run for your life!!!!! You don't want to be the victim of a lawn ornament!!!
