We are still looking for a ambitious couple to join us in our venture of our off grid mountain farm in Southcentral Tennessee. We grow organic, raise our own food and livestock, and have recently completed a commercial greenhouse for the purpose of growing organic herbs, both culinary and medicinal to sell. We would like to find a couple who has a dream of self-sufficiency and off grid living. We have a guest house, (just bed and bath) right now for someone to live in, so unfortunately there is no room for children at this time. A caretakers house is on the drawing board for later this summer up by the greenhouse. The pay is small at first, but will grow with the farm, so anyone with alot of bills to bring with them would not be able to be considered at this time. Room and board are provided, along with daily necessities. Wow! This sounds wonderful and exactly like something I've been looking for. I'm living in Boulder CO right now and recently graduated from the Rocky Mt. Center for Botanical Studies with special intrest in sustainable living and organic growing. I'm curretly the assitant growing at a local greenhouse aswell. As you can see this too is a huge part of my life and I have a great deal of passion towards it.
