'Tee Time'

Four friends were out golfing. The fourth man to tee off sliced his shot into the woods. He said, "I'll have to look for it," so off he went into the woods to find his ball.

The three remaining men started to discuss their sons. The first one said, "My son owns his own business. He is very successful and travels throughout the country visiting his different franchises. Recently, my son bought himself a brand new Mercedes. A friend of his is a little down on his luck and my son bought him the same identical car."

The other two men congratulated the first on having such a fine son. Then the second man said, "My son is a lawyer. He, too, is very successful. His name is the first of six names on his door. He recently bought himself a brand-new yacht. A friend of his was also having trouble financially. My son bought his friend a brand-new identical yacht."

Again, the other two men congratulated the second man on having such a fine son.

The third man said, "My son is a doctor. A specialist, as a matter of fact. He travels throughout the world performing operations. A friend of his has been out of a job for about a year now. When my son bought a new home for himself, he bought this friend an identical home on the same street."

Once again, the three men congratulated each other on having such fine sons.

About this time, the fourth man returned and inquired as to the conversation. The three said they were talking about their fine sons. The fourth man started screaming, "Don't talk to me about sons! I have the worst bum of a son. He never finished school. He can't hold down a job. He hasn't worked in over a year. In fact, just last week, he told me he is gay. But, he has three wonderful friends. One bought him a car, one bought him a boat, and one bought him a home!"

Barry,

That was good. I have cut and pasted it and sent it on to a few of my friends. Hope they like it!
