I went to the state legislator's website and looked over the schedule for public hearings. They are trying to pass a bill that would require homeschooled kids to be tested by the state along with public schooled kids. A bill is being discussed to increase the tax break for homesteaders. The paper also carried an article about a legislator trying to pass a bill requiring private gun owners to get a liscense to sell their guns to close the gun show loophole they say.
