Steamed Broccoli and Cheese

Heat water in bottom of GH container till boiling. Arrange broccoli on center rack, cover, steam for 2-3 minutes. Add cheese and heat 1 minute longer.

Good Health Cabbage and Onions

1 small head cabbage sliced into 1 inch strips

4 small new potatoes, scrubbed, peels left on, sliced.

4 medium Vidalia onions, sliced.

1 Tablespoon light margarine.

Dash salt and pepper.

Prepare vegetables and place in GH large cookware. Layer, starting and ending with cabbage, salting and peppering each layer lightly. Dot top of vegetables with margarine. Cover with GH top.

Microwave at HIGH 14 minutes. Remove cover and stir lightly through the vegetables after 7 minutes. Replace cover.

Steamed vegetables should be tender but still crunchy. Serves 4-6. Variations Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon roasted peanuts over each serving for added crunch, When served over rice with peanuts, dish equals complete protein.

A dash of Hot pepper vinegar adds zip to the vegetables. Shake on as desired.

Leftovers may be heated in serving bowls for 1 minute at high.

NOTE: GH large top & bottom snap together to make a fine heating unit. Also doubles as serving bowl.
