Volumes 3 and 4, since they are not accompanied by the original set's other three books, they are worth relatively litte; perhaps $18 for the both of them. The original complete set of the 1903 Raven Edition of Poe's works has sold for something more than $100 at auction. I have seen individuals volumes sell for only $5 or $6. Respectfully, P A Regan

i have volume 4. i was looking to sell it but did not know it was worth that little. it's starnge that a book 100 years old by such a respected poet would sell for so little. the world is going downhill to say the least, when a work of art such as this is worth about the same as a pack of cigarettes. too bad.

I have all five volumes. Keep them for another 100 years. Maybe then the collection will rise in value. Meanwhile, put them back on the shelf and read a story now and then.

I found a complete set for sale at an antique store. For $28.00!!! I better go back and get them NOW. I was wondering if I should buy them, so I was doing some research on how much they were worth. Personally, I love Edgar Allen Poe, and would enjoy having the books just to have them.

I have all five volumes of the 1903 Collier Set (I believe.) Unfortunately, the top of one of the spines is slightly damaged. Otherwise, they are in remarkable shape for books over 100 years old. I bought the set at a garage sale for $10! If anyone is interested, please contact me.
