Idea for challenge: In the spirit of the name Junk Yard "Wars" How about a navel battle. Have the two teams built rafts/boats then the winner would be the team that sinks the others raft/boat. Weapons to be used could be water pumps or catapult type weapons.

Steam Power. 1. Unmanned boat, car, rocket etc. that would out distance the other teams vehicle given the same amout of water to power their vehicle. 2. For the very brave(or the very stupid)Manned vehicle, especially a steam powered motorcycle.
