For the past few seasons I've been to Chamonix and climbed from that side via the Gouter route. I am visitng again this summer and would like any details of easy'ish (PD) routes up from Courmeyeur in Italy.

We are a mixed ability group therefore nothing too difficult. Info on access to the mountain from that side would be great.

Also, any details of cheap accommodation would be gratefully accepted.
