Need plans for passive solar heating panel/collector. We would like to heat the basement with this type of unit during the winter months. Any ideas or plans?

Solar water heater plans with a radiator modification works nicely. I am now studying building one of these for our home to reduce our electric bill. I am considering mounting my heating line collectors in a portion of our greenhouse to maximize heat collection. Another idea that I am considering is cutting open soda cans and using the halves on the piping in the collectors as parabolic ray reflectors instead of buying the reflector sheets. I figure using solar heat assist is an inexpensive ( around $1000) way to achieve some powergrid relief without paying out $10,000 + for a solar electric system. If you can save electricity, its the next best to making it. Also a solar water heating system will pay for itself much sooner.
