i have maked a lot of tried but the result it's real bad.... which steps to capture a video from a panasonic dv camcoder and to make a nice video cd possibly in mpeg2 ?????

When asking a question such as yours, it would help to know something of your set up such as your capture card, capture software, codec, processor speed, CD burning software, media, and DVD player/model. Also, 'bad' is not descriptive enough. 'Bad' could range from a tiny bit of noise to not playing at all.
