Hello, My name is Nikolai Savine. I live in Moscow (Russia) and work as a mountain guide. I organize climbing Mt. Elbrus by myself for international groups, with a tourcompany "Travel Russia" and for an American Company "Mountain Travel" since 1990 and we can make climb Mt. Elbrus with you. I'd like to find climbers, guides, adventure companies or mountain clubs which like to work and climb Elbrus with me. RUSSIA: CLIMB MT. ELBRUS. Europe's highest mountain, Mt. Elbrus (18,481' / 5642m) is located in the heart of the Caucasus Mountains in Russia. It is one of the famous "Seven Summits".....the highest peaks on each of the seven continents. Little know outside of eastern Europe, the peaks, glaciers and valleys of the Caucasus are beautiful as the Swiss Alps. CLIMBING LEVEL - Advanced Beginner. ...We will take a cable car to a mountain lodge, and then climb Mount Elbrus at 18,510 feet (5,642-m). Though gently angled, the ascent is a long trek up a snow field requiring fitness, perseverance and the use of crampons and an ice ax (or ski poles). Those companies have their own groups and prices. Best time to climb Mt.Elbrus is July, August and September (normal program around 12 days).

For individuals (private climbers) I plan to collect groups for 3 trips. 1) July, 3 - Arrive in Moscow. July, 15 - Fly home 2) August, 2 - Arrive in Moscow August, 13 - Fly home 3) August, 30 - Arrive in Moscow September, 12 - Fly home
