I know snowmobiles have been suggested umpteen times, but here's a variant I thought might be interesting: ice-mobiles. An ice rink might be easier to come by in California than a snowy field. And I know there's a group in Minnesota that builds and races ice bikes (human powered, not motorcycles) and trikes. They come up with some interesting contraptions. Maybe JYW could race human-powered ice vehicles that have to carry the entire team?

I'm talking about a racing vehicle. The Minnesotans used various combinations of blades, skis, and studded wheels.
