What if the teams were to build a GNDN (Goes Nowhere Does Nothing) machine. Ok, technically it would do something. The teams could build the biggest baddest ugliest loudest machine, a kenetic sculpture on steroids so to speak.

The question is how would this be judged tho. How loud it is, is fairly easy to measure with a decible meter. Could it also be judged on shere mass? Imagine a v8 engine spinning around a series of metal "drum sticks" to pound on the top of a VW hood.

It's ashame there isn't a objective way to award "style" point to a creation. There have been some pretty amazing bodge jobs in the past that should get recognition for sheer audacity in their idea.
