I bought software adapted CD Creator Deluxe 4.0 version as the bundled software adaptec 3.5c does not contain the Video CD creator. Although I installed the new version, it does not recognize my CD writer "RICOH" MP 9060. Therfore, I am unable to create Video CDs. Please help me how to recover the problem.

Download the upgrade patch from www.roxio.com. Most likely you are going from 4.2* to 4.3. Good luck.
