How does a team leader evaluate the interpersonal performance of virtual team members?

How about beginning a journey to everyone focused on one object, the customer - the purpose of the team's work. Ask customers for feedback as to "How are we doing?" Then measure and share (bulletin board for virtual teams) the feedback with everyone on the team. Just an activity that everone can participate, learn, and even have fun with. Not a program, this keeps it from becoming personal, a "game", or a flavor-of-the-month. Get the how-to at: http://thankingcustomes.com
