here's a wicked idea! have the teams build a car is powered by a rear mounted "fan"(hub provided)and can only have ONE seat. the cars will raced around an oval track for four laps, but, at the end of each lap, the person in the car's ONLY seat must get out and other person from the team gets in.

It's has wheels! the car will be propelled forward on the ground, meaning there are two designs: 1)car w/ powerful engine 2)striped down car w/ smaller engines.
