You could tell them to build a printing press to do something simple like a stop sign or something, then give them fifteen minutes, the team that printed the most stop signs (on paper) in that time is the winner. Because the stop is just four letters, they could possibly make the letters, carved out of rubber or something, whatever they can think of.

No one liked my printing press idea. Hey what if they were to print something out different than stop? Maybe they can print out photos of Pamela Anderson with Junk Yard Wars tatooed to her bottom.
