How about a tortilla machine? I saw one while in a Mexican restaurant the other day, and they are fantastic. Someone places little balls of dough on a little conveyor belt, and tortillas come out the other end. The show would provide the balls of dough and maybe a propane heating system. The challenge is to make the thing deliver the dough balls, smash them flat, and cook them without it getting all fouled up. There is a picture of one on this site:

I've made Tortillas....and I've seen the machines........I think the 10 hours they get to contruct would be a bit long for a challenge like that
