Use of 645 converter on 645 AF

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Pentax 67 SLR : One Thread

I believe that Pentax still sell the converter that allows you to use 67 lenses on the 645. As I understand it, the AF version of the 645 allows you to use manual focus lenses. Although you obviously have to focus manually, it will still use the AF system to "confirm" that focus is correct. My question is this: will the converter allow you to use 67 lenses on the AF version of the 645, and if so, is the "focus confirmation" function retained when using 67 lenses in this way? Anyone have any experience of this?

Yes, you can use 67 lenses on the 645n (I do) and the focus confirmation works. Heck, even the TTL works... Great, huh?
