I found the episode with the hovercrafts very interesting. And i was wondering what kind of information you could give me. I need like how to make the corners of the skirt mostly. If you can't help, Your show is still #1 on my list.

i remember from last weeks show they used an s shape cut on the corners nad then sowed them together

The idea with the S-shaped corner seam is simply to make the bottom of the skirt at the corners rounded.

Square corner bottoms will let air out and make the craft uncontrollable. But a rounded corner will not. So whatever method you try (S-shaped seams, etc.), as long as the bottom of the skirt corners are round, you will be okay.
