I would just like to say that the JYW have inspired myself and two of my friends in high school. We have been watching the eps during our lunch our in our tech department. We are currently making the first Human Powered Boat (in Canada) called the "Water Strider" which will be entering a compition in the United States for a human powered record. We really enjoy creating projects. Our only problem is that we are all currently 17 so we are looking forward to appling to JYW next season. I hope I can talk to everyone more on these forems.

I believe that the natives made the first human powered boat in Canada. That could be an intresting challenge though, and finish with a relay race.

No this boats a little more complicated then a canoe and a few paddles

it involves hydrofoils and many gears and an interesting steering device.
