I have scoured the Stanly pages and have found a pasel of books; from Architecture to Photo essays all the way down to "coloring books". How 'bout a good old fashioned Stanly County History/Heritage Book? Does one exist? You know, the beauiful large black books with the dozens and dozens of families and photos...seems like most of your neighbors have a book. When will there be a Stanly Co. History (with an emphasis on families)?
