As always, Robert is a class act. It's a shame people are getting so up in arms over George. He's really not that bad. Give him some time.

Personally I watched the show because the concept is interesting and fun, the fact that it is/was British never entered in to the equation.

I'm even happier now that we'll have a US and a UK version. Twice as much Junkyard Wars/Scrapheap Challenge can't be a bad thing.

Well of course Robert would like George as Host. Robert wouldn't get nearly the same press if George had been better than him. That's just human nature. Think about Robert's bargaining chip now.

Assumes facts not in evidence. What reason does Robert have for liking him? Putting "of course" into a piece of blatant speculation gives you a piece of blatant speculation with "of course" in it.

But of course you're too wrapped up in petty hatred to see that. (See? I haven't proved anything. Neither have you. Try again.)

As for my using a handle, why does that matter? My words are my words no matter what name I use and they can stand or fall on their own. By your logic, the Federalist Papers are worthless as a guide to the intent of the Founding Fathers because they were signed by "Publius" and not "Alexander Hamilton", "John Jay", and "James Madison".
