I am looking for information on how to test my homemade apple cider vinegar for its acidic persentage. The books I have been reading basically say if it taste to strong dilute it with water.

Does anyone know if there is a guage or tool to check the acidity.

use a ph test kit,, the paper strips or a pool ph kit, should give you a number
