I am refinancing my mortgage loan. Yesterday my bank quoted me 7 1/8%. What is todays rate? Do you anticipate the interest rate to go down? Rumor has it I should wait to the end of January 2001 or February. Any advice? I would appreciate an immediate responce as I need to notify the bank asap with my decision. Thank You! Debbie Russell
