I need some software that allows me to see a MPEG video in a scrolling rewind and fast forward mode. I'm trying to find an easy way to review sports footage from my laptop. VCD seems like the most economic and un-cumbersome option. However, I can't find player to allow for proper viewing. Any ideas?
