Embroidery Patterns(Craft/Hobbies)

A few years ago I found some old dish towels that were emboidered with an old-fashioned woman. There's a different towel for each day and a different chore: Sunday church, Monday washing clothes etc. The woman has on a long dress and a big had in som of them. I borrowed the towels and copied them at the copy shop. Then I traced them onto the material and made towels with them only I framed them in embroidery frames after I embroidered them. I'm planning on making lace to go around the frame one of these days, when I learn to make lace. I used whatever color and stitches I wanted. If you would like to have a set of these patterns e-mail and I'll give you the details.

Thanks Cindy! I saw something that sounds like this in a catalog of doo-dads but the cost was crazed. Stitching is therapy for me and new projects are always welcome. Hope to learn to quilt this winter too. Have you ever tried it? Mother-in-law has a small lap top stretcher I get to borrow as long as I promise to really use it.She knows me all too well. Let me know re: mailing procedures. Will pay for postage!Q.
