I had a joint morgage with my now Ex partner. The property was repossessed in 1995. The lenders have recently made contact with my ex partner just 3 months before the 6 year time limit was up. They do not know my where I live and my ex partner will not tell them. Will the lender now be able to persue me for a further 6 years?
