Looking for the cheapest price usually ends up causing more trouble than it is worth. What is in the kit? If it is just the camera and strap with batteries trown in, B&H would be cheaper. If it is the camera and the 28-90 lens, the price is good, but you would be better off with another lens. The 24-85, 28=105, and 28-135IS zooms are all good mid priced zooms. If you can't afford one of them, the 50mm f1.8 is always a good option, and much better than the cheap zoom.

The list of reliable stores has been repeated frequently. B&H has the best reputation, and Adorama, KEH, and Camera World of Oregon seem to be pretty good too. If you find anyone selling for less than B&H or Adorama, be careful.

I would also highly reccomend Delta International out of New York. I recently ordered both a Canon 500 F4 IS and a 100-400IS and they were by far cheaper than any other company and the items were delivered to me within three business days
