This is very sci-fi :)

Better night vision, extra heart, wings that you can fold away at will so that they don't get in the way. Although dangerous: conscious control over our body processes, like, digestion, hormone production, new glands for producing analgesics, stimulants, relaxants. Controllable telepathy where you can either open yourself or block. Ovulation on demand :) .. and more.. If you're into sci-fi, I would recommend Greg Egan (mathematics, physics, psychology, genetics).

I'd just add a tail. I think it would help for balance and stuff. Plus, it would look cool.
