ANY WAY TO RESIZE 320X240 TO 352X240 MPEG

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Video CD : One Thread

Hello,

I have a Pinnacle usb video capture card which only captures as high as 320x240. I was wondering if there is any way I can resize this 320x240 mpeg file to the vcd standard of 352x240. Also, will the video picture quality still be as good after resizing?

Thank You

Phil you have the analogue size of the DV size 352 x 240 (NTSC) so all you can do is feed your file to TMPGEnc. It will simply encode to the required DV size. Image will not be as good as an analogue 640 x 480 encoded and resized in TMPGEnc to 352 x 240.
