How come my Adaptec EzCD Creator 3.5c cannot make VCD? I got my files to be .dat format but still no way I can make it into a VCD.

3.5c does not have the video cd option. You have to purchase the full version from Adaptec. Before you spend upwards of 90 bucks, however, try downloading a trial version of Nero 5.0. Its a lot easier to use and costs 49 buck to keep if you like it

I'm having problems with 4.02 not burning VCDs. Something about bit-rate errors. I use All-In-Wonder for capture to mpeg. Circuit City wouldn't exchange Easy CD for Nero and the $20.00 dollar rebate had expired. Doesn't mention that on the box. You have to open the box, read the rebate details. When you open the box you lose the right to an exchange. Then you find out the software doesn't work. Go right to the Nero trial. If it works get it. But not at Circuit City.
