Well I don?t know if this is the right place for this but I have elaborated some kind of enhanced Street Performer Protocol approximately at the same time as Kelsey and Schneier did it, perhaps even before. I have done this as a master thesis and rely tried to maximize the opportunities with my service. In my service, which I call "Financial service for contribution to fixed cots by interested parties" the interested parties shall have much more power then donors have in the Street Performer Protocol. It shall be possible for interested parties (donors) to contribute different depending on all combinations of what might de funded via the service. Competition between those who get paid is for instance possible. Interested parties can also pay different for different features of what might be funded. I have also made a function by which those who receive payment and get paid on neutral conditions self can decide if what they are paying for fulfill prescript demands.
