I am trying to find information on Bill or William Aldridge or Alridge who worked at a rock quarry in the Albermarle area in the 1950s. I believe he had a son by the name of Kenneth and a daughter by the name of Edith. He may have lived in either the Chimney Rock or Blowing Rock area. Milton Bailey, from Sims or Bailey, North Carolina, worked with him during this time. I believe Bill Aldridge eventually moved to West Virginia, but I would like to determine if he worked or lived in the Albemarle area, and if he had any family roots in Stanley County. Thanks!
