Al Gore, the tiebreaker of the US Senate, will appoint Joe Lieberman as Vice President. VP Lieberman will spend most of his time in the 50-50 split US Senate where he will act as the tiebraker. Numerous groups will examine ALL the undervotes in all the Florida counties.

The US Supreme Court rules 5 to 4, that because the Florida Legislature has two conflicting laws in regards to deadlines and manual hand counts and further that the only fair way to conduct a manual recount is with standards, it decides to implement a set of standards for the counting. It adopt's the State of Texas standards, because the Defendant George W. Bush actually signed the bill.

The groups that have counted the ballots record all votes with dimples, hanging chads, tri-corner chads and even when all the groups do not count dimples, Gore wins by 537 votes - the exact number Bush held for a few weeks.

Al Gore is now the leader in the popular vote and in the electoral vote and becomes the Senior spokesman for the Democratic Party and he wins easily in 2004.

President Bush appoints Democratic Judge Barton as Attorney General and Janet Reno settles down in Florida to pursue gardening.

Is there anything too far-fetched?

Sometimes when you win, you still lose. In the case of this election the winner is really the loser, destined for 4 years of roadblocks and frustration.
