Is it true that a new dawn is here-Mpeg 2 Video capture the simple way using the creative movie maker for the Pc,at last access to everyone for DVD quality home made movie making.

Is this all true,we can soon be able to make Mpeg 2 video ourselves as easy as we do Mpeg 1?
