HYDERABAD, NOV. 29. The arbitrary billing being
done by the AP Transco came to the fore at the weekly
`Face to Face' programme of the civic administration
here on Wednesday.

Dr. Swaroopanand from Azamabad complained to the
Ministers and senior officials at the MCH office that he
was paying his power bills on time but was given
irregular and high billing on the guise that the meters were
"sluggish". Though he had given an application to the
area engineer concerned, remedial action was not taken.
