Build a device to climb a flagpole, the flagpole would ofcourse be tapered or stepped. would have to ring a bell at the top and return to the bottom without destroying itself. Gas vs Electric, first up and down wins. Could utilize a straight pole, but, then it should be greased.

A straight ungreased pole would be to easy, anyone could do that.
