Plane overshoots runway
Roughly 40 passengers got a scare early this morning when their plane overshot the runway in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The Fokker F-28 was flying in from Toronto. Officials say the plane couldn't stop on the tarmac and that it only came to a stop about 100 metres off the runway. Conditions on the ground may have been a factor because it was snowing at the time and there are no suspicions of mechanical problems. No one was hurt in the incident.
