Hi, can someone tell me how can i transfer VHS movies to VCD's. i want to be able to copy my videos into VCD's. PLEASE help

Couple things you need are, a video capture card, CD burner and good programs. I have Dazzle DVC video capture card with Ulead v4.0 software, I capture video clip size 352x240, 29.97 f/s NTSC 352x288, 25 f/s PAL save to MPEG than I burn to CD by Nero V5.0.

hi cher found anwer to my vhs convert to vcd,iam going to buy dazzle dvc card after the holiday but could you tell what is ulead v4.0software. has you can see i am very new at this sort of thing. any help you can offer will go down a strom. thanks and bye for now. john.
