The kids at my school are having a blast learning about pilgrims and Native Americans in preparation for Thanksgiving. They are amazed that Pilgrim children only bathed a couple of times a year :)

Hmmmm, I didn't mislay as much stuff today as yesterday, Heather and are at peace, our errands successfully accomplished, our tummys satiated . . . . . . I guess for us, everything went right !

(The answer applies to Wednesday; Thanksgiving Day is just getting started.) The crowds at the grocery store were amazingly cheerful. And the store itself was well-stocked, and plenty of people were working. A bit unusual around here for a holiday-eve.
