Ruby Ridge is a dark spot on the FBI's record. The agents involved operated without a conscience, like the Nazis of WW2. Clear they all should be prosecuted for murder. And the FBI needs some new policies on deadly force. Weaver was never a danger to anyone.

The part that gets me is that the "rules for engagement" for the FBI were changed to allow them to SHOOT any armed male who appeared outside of Weaver's cabin (regardless of whether or not they were doing anything threatening). Standing on your own land in the wilderness, having your wife who's inside your house killed by an FBI bullet. Is this what the founders had in mind for us? In the words of the Department of Justice,

" We also found serious problems with theterms of the Rules of Engagement in force at Ruby Ridge. Certain portions of these Rules not only departed from the FBI'sstandard deadly force policy but also contravened the Constitution of the United States.

Yeah, what kind of world is it when a white supremecist can't kill an agent on his own property without being shot at?

Sounds like it's time to go blow up some more daycare centers!

punk,

What kind of a world is it when fatigue clad commandos can come onto your property and provoke a firefight by killing your dog?

It must be a world where Americans are persecuted for their politically incorrect views of believing in racial separation.

It also must be a world where idiots like you can't even spell a simple word like, "supremacist".
