PA: SEPTA, Amtrak trains halted by a rush-hour computer glitch

Thousands of rail commuters were stranded during evening
rush yesterday when train service - including SEPTA
regional lines - was disrupted after an Amtrak computer
controlling track signals between Philadelphia and
Washington went down for two hours, officials said.
