"Diedre" is the french word for dihedral. They are also called "corners".

Response to rock climbing

Cheryl, I don't know what a D?EDRE is and it doesn't show in the dictionary. If it were a groove in my face I'd call it a seam(a little thin, narrow, shallow D?edre).

Diedre in French, Diedro in Spanish. Means Dihedral, otherwise known as "open book"
