Does anyone know of any land for sale or lease that would be suitable for a riding park ? I would like to have a park that people could sign up to become a member and ride ? I have been looking hard for a few months now with no luck. It would be great to find 10+ acres within a 60 mile radius of Boston. It would have to be land that is not prime real estate so that it doesn't cost $6,000,000.00 I have a few people lined up that would be very interested in investing in this. If cumberland RI is within 60 miles there is alot of land something like 100 acres down the street from my house it has clear areas clear with rolling hills and ther are also wooded areas.
