I am researching information regarding the "BBA" and I need to create a pro and con model of the effects of a BBA occuring as law. Could you possibly provide a resource to assist me with this. I have searched the OMB and CBO as well as BBA (.gov sites) but there only seems to be talk and no real information to create a graph.
