There can be no question but that Edgar Allan Poe's most famous poem would have to be "The Raven". It is also, arguably, the single most famous poem by an American author. It is the single work of literature most immediately associated with its author. Personally, I am of the opinion that his poem "Annabel Lee" runs a close second.

To tell you the truth I think the exact opposite of Jetis50. I think that Annabell Lee is the single most famous poem written by Edgar Allan Poe and The Raven runs a close second, but that just my oponion
