There are two I know of in Springvale. One has mainly scratched CDs though the other one just opened, and the video CDs there are nearly perfect. Also, the latter has no handy-cam versions.

I don't know the exact address, but it's behind MacDonalds in the big shopping complex across the road. Once you walk through the main entrance, it will be above the Festival supermarket on the first floor (above ground). It's a store on a corner.

Costs 20 dollars to become a member. (refundable if you cancel your membership). fixed at $2.50 a cd, the loan period depends on how popular the vcd is, ranging from overnight to a week. if you rent over a certain number it becomes 2 bucks a cd, and if you rent 6 (for 2 dollars each) you get another of your choice free.

Actually, the last guest was slightly mistaken on the address, but i agree that they are a good company to purchase from. Their real website is: sales@newvcds.hypermart.net

Try going to www.d9movie.com. Prices are quite reasonable.
