Hi Patty,

I am a blue cheese "counssouir" (sp?). I LOVE hot chuicken wings and used to live near Buffalo, NY where it all started. I got this recipie from a friend who worked at the Anchor Bar that created the wing. I can't stand 2 things, boiled wings in oil or rubbery baked wings and runny blue cheese dressing. Heres my blue cheese recipie. I have even had requests to bottle and sell it, but don't have time. 1 8oz or larger container of sour cream 2 packages of crumbled blue cheese or 2 of the small blocks with wax, crumble them if you have to get this type. 1 16 oz of Wishbone Blue Cheese dressing or Maries. I prefer Wishbone. Start with the sour cream, place in a large bowl. Add the blue cheese and then stir in the blue cheese dressing. Refergirate for at least an hr before eating the wings.

For extra hot wings add a bit of vinegar to the sauce mix, I just piour a lot of hot sauce, the hottest i can buy into a pan, add about 2 Tblsp of vinegar and red pepper or cilantro and warm, then if its too hot add a bit of margarine to cut. Good Luck..... guess i am going to have chicken wings for dinner, havenm't done them in awhile, they are sooo yummy!
