In Palm Beach County you will see a new ballot design, maybe one with pictures of the candidates that you punch out the eyes to vote for.

The problem with your plan, Unk, is that blind voters will be unable to locate their candidates on this newfangled ballot, much less punch out an eye. Are you suggesting blind voters play Pin the tail on the donkey?

Hey, in essence this is what EACH of us does anyway - find the jackass which best suits us and cast our vote in their general direction.

I believe there will be a HUGE upswing in absentee voting next election...people will get a ballot ahead of time and take there time with it.
